To strengthen agricultural resilience and productivity, our organization promotes the System of Rice Intensification (SRI) along with other sustainable farming practices. Communities are supported through capacity-building initiatives, soil and water conservation measures, and the introduction of drought-resistant paddy varieties such as Shabhagi Seeds. These efforts help farmers adapt to climate challenges while improving crop yield and resource efficiency. To further encourage innovation and farmer-to-farmer learning, Kisan Melas (Farmers’ Fairs) are organized where farmers actively participate, showcase their produce, and exchange new techniques and ideas. By empowering farmers with knowledge and sustainable tools, we aim to enhance food security and ensure long-term agricultural sustainability.
